This newly renovated luxury home has three levels: the ground floor consists of a 1 bed/ 1 bath suite with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 4) and has it’s own entrance and porch overlooking the lushly landscaped back yard. The second floor has two guest rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms and both have views of the beach and ocean. Also on the second floor is the open concept living/dining area that includes a new kitchen with quartz island (seats 4) , quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a dining table that seats 8. The living area has two full sofas and two easy chairs with a large wide screen television and stereo system. This floor opens up to a covered porch with more seating and dining options and a large deck that surrounds the pool and is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The third (top) floor has two master suites: one with a king bed , en suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower as well as double vanities. The other master has a queen bed, en-suite bath with shower and it’s own private covered balcony, perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The home has free WiFi, Sat TV, back up generator, water maker, charcoal grill and plenty of room for multiple families or several couples.
